How Does Our Janitorial Subscription Work?
1. On the menu, select services, purchase one month of service based on the square footage and the number of days per week you'd like labor.
2. A representative of Senate Cleaning will reach out to you immediately to coordinate a time within 24-72 hours to conduct a walk-through of your facility. We will verify the square footage and scope of work to be done (job specifications are customizable to fit the client's needs).
3. Once verified, we begin service on an agreed-upon date.
4. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
We automated pricing of our janitorial services for facilities 10,000 sqft or smaller. For offices larger than that, give us a call at 800-257-5834 or book a free estimate.

Electrostatic spray disinfecting is the process of spraying an electrostatically charged mist onto surfaces and objects. After the spray is applied, the disinfectant goes to work on the entirety of all surfaces. It only takes 1 to 5 minutes depending on the disinfectant used; killing 99.99% of all pathogens. Its effective and touchless application means zero cross-contamination. Electrostatic spray disinfecting works by using a specialized solution that is combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer. Subsequently, the spray contains charged particles that are able to aggressively adhere to all surfaces and objects. Because the particles in the spray are charged, they cling to and completely coat all surfaces they're aimed at.

How Does Our Disinfectant Spray Service Work?
1. Purchase one service based on the square footage of your facility.
2. A representative will reach out to you immediately to verify the square footage and coordinate your service time.
3. When our team members show up, we will spray all surfaces with an approved commercial-grade sanitizer.
4. The team will wipe down high traffic areas such as door handles, lights switches, and phones.
5. We will ask the Customer to wait for 5 minutes before entering the sprayed area to allow the disinfectant to kill the germs.
