Senate Cleaning is a family owned, small business that has been providing high quality commercial cleaning services in the Washington Metro area for more than a decade.

Our mission is to provide our clients with excellent customer service to increase client satisfaction and retention. In fact, we have the continued pleasure of servicing clients that signed on from our first year of business. 

Our staple services are our office cleaning and apartment commons cleaning packages. We work extensively with companies and property managers to understand and provide the needs of our clients.

We offer short term contracts, less than a year, to help the client maintain as much autonomy as possible. However, we are always open to extending the contract if it meets the needs of the client. 

In addition, we understand how important it is to protect the property of any client. That is why we background check all of our employees and give them over 15 hours of hands on training at your specific location. We encourage our employees to make reports to help us and our clients, stay abreast on any property changes.

We care about the working relationship and will check up on our clients as often as possible. Here at Senate Cleaning we strive to do our best, each time, all the time.
